BELTON
AREA DESCRIPTION
Located in Northwest Cass County, the Belton/Raymore market offers AAA accredited schools in an idyllic suburban setting with close proximity and short drive time to the Kansas City metropolitan area. Belton has seen record growth levels over the past 5 years mainly attributed to it’s small town feel and first class schools. The available building is a gorgeous all brick prototypical O’Charley’s building completed in 2003. There are also two strip centers at Belton Town Center, one 15,000 square foot shopping center on the hard corner of 58 Hwy. and Mullen Rd. and one 26,000 square foot shopping center in phase 2. Belton Town Center has five restaurant pad sites. The pads are occupied by Ruby Tuesday’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, Long John Silver’s/A&W, Applebee’s and the final pad was formerly occupied by O’Charley’s.
