John Nolan

John Nolan was born in Omaha, Nebraska and raised in Lenexa, Kansas. John attended Shawnee Mission West High School in Overland Park, Kansas. After graduation John attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where he played football. John graduated from UB in 2002 from the School of Management with a focus on International Business. Shortly after graduation John started with D.J. Christie, Inc. John currently heads leasing and new tenant recruitment for D.J. Christie, Inc and has consummated over forty leases. John also works on the sale and procurement of D.J. Christie Inc.’s properties. Additionally, John assists in redevelopment of existing centers in conjunction with development of new lifestyle centers for D.J. Christie, Inc. During his time at D.J. Christie, Inc. John has leased over 100,000 square feet of retail space, sold numerous outparcels and assisted on developments valued at over $100 million. John was recently married to Sarah Wold from Albany, New York and they now live in Gardner, Kansas.
